At developing the draft has called the special experience of our staff, at the specialised software of Western provenance, and at advisory by the professionals, academics at the Polytechnic University of Timișoara (UTT), the Polytechnic University of Bucharest (UTCB) and the Cold and Air-conditioning Management from Romania (CACMR).
On request, we can develop, against payment (negotiable price) projects and for third-parties, verified by the professionals, the stamp right and approved by the MLPAT. By the it single-member, our society is member of the Cold and Air-Conditioning Management from Romania.

Specialized training of all staff are running monthly through theoretical and practical training-based, with developed skills and speed execution, watching specialist films of Western provenance, Japanese, Korean, etc. and through training and attestation course organized by the “Cold and Air Conditioning Management from Romania”.
The entire staff is trained up to date on line by the Employment Protection, by the work with Open Fire, Electro-security, IDP-s, etc, it is corresponding equipped with equipment and protective devices and is fitted with tools, accessories and approved and certified in term of staff protection perspective.

The Service Department of the company, consisting of qualified and fully trained technician, familiar in all aspects of HVAC&R, running schedueld professional maintenance, under service contracts signed with various beneficiaries, and emergency of accidental demage, for our customers (which we have contract in this purpose) as well as for other applicants.
The high degree and professional competence of our service staff,has made as until now did not exist any failure or malfunction from our field that cannot fix. We are convinced that in the future will not have any surprises in this regard.
On the other hand, competence and safety in interventions have resulted in the ability of the company to be able to estimate the cost of its previous intervention. In other words, is makes finding-diagnosis, is issue an order-estimate, to repair damage and no longer rests on costs(this is probably unique on the Romanian market).
